The McPherson Chamber of Commerce has a proud history of business leadership that has been a vital element in building a dynamic and progressive city. The Chamber is a voluntary non-profit organization of business and professional people who have joined together to develop programs and partnerships for the purpose of promoting the economic, educational and civic engagement of our community.
The McPherson Chamber of Commerce is the champion of free enterprise and the area’s economic well-being is directly related to the quality of work done by the Chamber. The Chamber is an active advocate for business and its members.
At its recent retreat of the McPherson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and other community leaders reviewed the Chamber’s role within the community and what fractions within the community the Chamber touches. The Chamber of Commerce is the only organization that touches all aspects of a community – and typically works with every facet in some form. It was determined that the initiatives for the Chamber should include the following action items.
