2010 Photo Contest Winners Announced 07/09/10

Jim Griggs wins $100 grand prize

The McPherson Convention and Visitors Bureau and the McPherson Sentinel have selected 12 winners for the 2011 "What's Your McPherson?" photo contest. The grand prize went to McPherson photographer Jim Griggs for his photo of an elk at Maxwell Wildlife Refuge.

Ice Storm by Tina Schwartz
All 12 winners will be featured in the 2011 McPherson Calendar published by the Sentinel and distributed by the Sentinel and CVB in September. A limited number of free copies will be available.
A total of 26 photographers submitted 285 photographs for this year's contest.
